On 13 May, the III Congress of Contractual Conditions in Construction took place under the motto Law | Practice | Case-study. Marek Topór, PhD, a senior associate at KKG, delivered a lecture titled Contractual Risks of the Contractor on the Grounds of Contractual Conditions.
The Congress covered topics such as:
- contractor’s preparation for contract performance based on contractual conditions;
- impact of adverse weather conditions on contract performance
- preparation of the financing of a construction works contract under Subclause 2.4 and the applicable provisions of law
- practical aspects of preparing and settling claims in contracts based on contractual conditions.
