Kubas Kos Gałkowski Academy of Real Estate and Investment took place in May.
During four meetings, law students had the opportunity to learn about the real estate due diligence process, take part in a real estate sales case study, learn how to draft a secure lease agreement, and discover ways for successful cooperation with a client.
The workshop was conducted by experts in real estate law and investment processes – Barbara Jelonek-Jarco, PhD, co-managing partner and leader of the Real Estate Desk, Maciej Durbas, PhD, of counsel, co-leader of the Arbitration Desk, and Wojciech Dobroś, attorney-at-law, senior associate, expert of the Real Estate Desk.
