Law Students from the Netherlands Visiting Krakow

On 24 April Kubas Kos Gałkowski’s premises in Krakow hosted a Tylney Hall style moderated discussion with the participation from student of the Legal Backpack Committee of the Student Association of the Faculty of Law at the Utrecht University.

A group of more than 20 students of law from the Netherlands took part in three discussion sessions: Due Diligence, Share Purchase Agreement/Asset Purchase Agreement, and Dispute Resolution and M&A. The discussion was presided over by: Kamil Zawicki, attorney at law, Grzegorz Pobożniak, attorney at law, Kuba Gąsiorowski, PhD, attorney at law, Grzegorz Pokrzywka, attorney at law, Krzysztof Ściborowski, attorney at law, and Patrycja Wysocka, attorney at law.

During the networking part following the discussion session, the students had an opportunity to exchange their experience with partners, senior associates, and associates at Kubas Kos Gałkowski.
