Kubas Kos Gałkowski Summer School of Arbitration and Mediation

On 14-15 June, the third edition of the Kubas Kos Gałkowski Summer School of Arbitration and Mediation was held. It is an integral part of the School of Polish and European Law of the UJ Faculty of Law and Administration at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

In the frames of a supplementary programme for students, classes and seminars in arbitration, mediation, and civil proceedings were conducted by senior associates at Kubas Kos Gałkowski: Grzegorz Pokrzywka, attorney-at-law, Katarzyna Kostępska, attorney-at-law, and Patrycja Wysocka, attorney-at-law.

The School of Polish and European Law of the UJ Faculty of Law and Administration at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv is a one year long supplementary course and is addressed to Ukrainian, students, PhD candidates, faculty, and law practitioners. The School’s full program consists of a course in legal Polish and lectures in legal subjects. Students become familiar with selected areas of Polish and European law, with a particular emphasis on commercial law.
