In April and May, Kubas Kos Gałkowski Real Estate and Investment Academy was held – a series of online workshops organised by the law firm together with ELSA Krakow, the European Law Students’ Association.
During the four meetings, students had the opportunity to learn about the real estate due diligence process, participate in a case study on the sale of real estate, learn to draft a secure lease agreement, and find out about ways of successful cooperation with clients.
The workshops were conducted by Barbara Jelonek-Jarco, PhD, co-managing partner at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, Maciej Durbas, PhD, of counsel at Kubas Kos Gałkowski and Magdalena Krzemińska, attorney-at-law and senior associate at Kubas Kos Gałkowski.
