On September 19, 2025, Warsaw was the center of discussions on restructuring and crisis management.

The 1st TMA Poland International Conference "Business Value in Restructuring" brought together prominent experts from Poland and Europe to share their experience and best practices in protecting and rebuilding business value.

The program included both an analysis of European restructuring trends and a discussion of the role of financial institutions in resolution processes. Participants learned about the practical experience of resolution processes and M&A transactions, as well as how to communicate effectively in debtor-creditor relations. There were also topics on evaluating the attractiveness of distressed assets and the psychological aspects of decision-making under pressure and uncertainty.

The conference was addressed to business owners, executives, restructuring advisors, financial and industry investors, bank representatives, and law and tax firms.

The co-organizer of the event and moderator of Panel III was Katarzyna Kostępska, Partner and Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice Leader at KKG Legal and Board Member of TMA Poland.
