Another conference organised by the MUST READ MEDIA publishing house took place on 6 June.

This time, the event provided an opportunity to discuss litigation and procedural law in practice. Experts in the field discussed issues such as the rules for filing complaints following the recent amendments to the Code of Civil Procedure, the latest changes in mediation and arbitration, and changes in service between attorneys and first service on defendants.

During the conference, Katarzyna Kostępska, attorney at law and partner at KKG, discussed practical issues related to the examination of witnesses.

We want to thank the organisers and participants of the conference for their commitment and participation.
