On 5 June, a conference entitled "Insolvency Law in Practice" was held, organised by the MUST READ MEDIA publishing house. During the event, experts in the field discussed the latest case law and current interpretations of insolvency law.

The event addressed the issues of the ineffectiveness of legal acts performed in the pre-bankruptcy period, the bankruptcy of a counterparty and the criminal liability of a bankrupt party.

Grzegorz Pokrzywka, attorney-at-law and senior counsel at KKG, spoke about the impact of declaring bankruptcy on court, administrative, judicial, and arbitration proceedings.
