This academic year, the "Contemporary Inheritance Law" postgraduate programme at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow has been joined by:

  • Julita Zawadzka, PhD, who will conduct practical workshops during the session on various testamentary dispositions,
  • Anna Paluch, PhD, who will give a lecture introducing students to the scope and implications of post-mortem donations (mortis causa).

The first classes are already behind us! Upcoming sessions will provide an excellent opportunity to explore key aspects of contemporary inheritance law under the guidance of experienced practitioners
