This academic year, Barbara Jelonek-Jarco, PhD, co-managing partner of KKG, will hold lectures for students of the "Real Estate Law" postgraduate programme at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
The lectures will cover topics that play a fundamental role in the legal practice related to real estate, including the guarantee of public credibility of land and mortgage registers, the establishment and other aspects of easements, and the complex process of real estate due diligence.
The first classes have already taken place, with more to follow soon, providing an excellent opportunity to delve into key aspects of the property market and learn from experienced practitioners with years of experience.
