On 24 March, the National Academic Conference “Disputes in Capital Companies in Judicial and Arbitration Practice - Trends and Challenges” was held. During the meeting, issues including the interest of a group of companies or the authority to challenge resolutions of capital companies were discussed.
The paper “Differences Between the Statutory Arbitration Provision of Article 1163 of the Code of Civil Procedure and the Arbitration Provision Template of Article 1161 of the Code of Civil Procedure” within the “Disputes From the Company Relationship in Arbitration” panel was delivered by Rafał Kos, PhD.
The event was organised by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw under the auspices of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw and the Court of Arbitration at Confederation Lewiatan.
