On 5 April, the conference ‘The Latest Amendments to the Code of Civil Procedure’ took place. During the meeting, the most significant changes resulting from the Act of 9 March 2023 amending the Act - Code of Civil Procedure and Certain Other Acts were discussed.
One of the experts at the conference was Katarzyna Kostępska, partner at KKG, who gave a lecture on the new model of pre-trial proceedings.
