On 26 February, in the frames of the IDeA online professional course for attorneys-at-law, Mirosław Cejmer, PhD, of counsel at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, delivered a lecture dedicated to the question of the codical mechanism for the protection of minority shareholders in cases of injury caused by the joint actions of the management board and the majority shareholder.
