The 4th Polish Real Estate Law Congress took place on 12 September. The conference discussed the latest case law and current interpretations of the law by controlling institutions and prominent experts.
The speakers at the conference were the best specialists in real estate law in the country with over twenty years of experience, authors of books and commentaries, responsible for creating new regulations and controlling their application.
The lecture "Preliminary Agreement for the Purchase of Real Estate - Practical Problems" was given by Barbara Jelonek-Jarco, PhD, co-managing partner at KKG. Must Read Media Publishing House, the largest organiser of legal conferences in Poland, organised the event.
