Another conference organised by Must Read Media Publishing took place yesterday, this time devoted to the practical aspects of environmental law. The programme included key topics such as civil claims in environmental law, issues related to the implementation of obligations under the CSDD, and practical problems related to land remediation.
Speakers included specialists from KKG's Energy and Natural Resources practice, attorneys Aneta Pawłowska and Joanna Kosiniak, who discussed the topic in detail: 'Can Energy Companies Be Liable for Environmental Damage Caused by Lawfully Refusing to Supply a Customer? - A case study.'
