The Labor Disputes Conference, organized by Must Read Media Publishing House, was held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, during which topics such as: the return of the employee to work after dismissal - reinstatement, temporary reinstatement vs. security, equal pay disputes and the salary disclosure directive, the role of the attorney, HR departments and managers in labor disputes - how should the employer prepare evidentially in terms of various types of cases?
During her presentation, Joanna Szlachta, senior associate at KKG Legal, introduced participants to amicable methods of resolving labor disputes, such as:
- proceedings before the Conciliation Commission,
- out-of-court settlement,
- mediation,
- arbitration,
- entering into a settlement before the court.
She also talked about effective ways to resolve conflicts in the workplace that avoid lengthy lawsuits, and will present the benefits of reaching an agreement for both the employee and the employer.
The conference was an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and enrich your knowledge of labor law!
