On 23 November, the seat of the Lewiatan Arbitration Court hosted a meeting in the series entitled ‘The Arbitrator Club’. The subject of the meeting was ‘Lewiatan Arbitration Court New Supplementary Rules of Procedure in Disputes for Invalidation of Joint-Stock Companies’ Resolutions – Draft Presentation.’

The meeting was presided over by Rafał Kos, PhD, a partner at Kubas Kos Gałkowski.
