Conference

25 April 2024

The THIRD INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION FORUM “The Future of Arbitration in the Context of Technological Development” was held on April 24.

The event featured two insightful panel discussions:
Adapting arbitration legislation to developments in the digital environment (challenges and solutions)
What are the expectations for the development of disputes in the energy, transportation, and construction disputes?

During the event, Maciej Durbas, PhD, partner at KKG, gave a talk entitled “What can artificial intelligence do for the participants of international arbitration, and what does it not?”.

We would like to thank the organizers, The American University in the Emirates (AUE), for hosting this event, and thank all the participants for their active involvement and insightful contributions. Your presence made the forum a huge success!
