We are pleased to announce that Maciej Durbas, PhD, partner KKG, entered on the list of arbitrators at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia.

This is yet another step in expanding Kubas Kos Gałkowski’s presence in the dispute resolution market as our partners are being enlisted in more arbitral institutions, worldwide.

In May 2023, AMCA was established by its founders, the Center for Legislation Development Foundation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, the Armenian General Benevolent Union and the Armenian Bar Association. AMCA is a non-profit organization with the governing bodies of a Board of Trustees, Secretariat and Arbitration Council.
