On 23 January 2025, the 2nd conference, “Mediation and amicable dispute resolution”, was organised by the Must Read Media Publishing House.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to learn how to effectively start mediation, transfer good practices from arbitration to litigation, and create effective dispute resolution clauses.

Maciej Durbas, KKG Legal partner, also shared his knowledge during his presentation of 10 practical tips on how to prepare well for mediation.

This was a unique opportunity to learn about the latest case law and guidelines, as well as gain practical knowledge from experts in the field of mediation and ADR.
