On 14 November 2019 Brussels hosted the 5th EFILA Annual Lecture The Proliferation of Courts and Tribunals: Navigating Multiple Proceedings. The lecture was delivered by Professor Laurence Boisson de Chazournes – a lecturer at the University of Geneva Faculty of Law (Switzerland) with extensive experience in the area of international dispute resolution, an arbitrator in investment cases, cooperating as an expert with numerous international associations and organisations.

The event was organised by the European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration (EFILA). As each year, Kubas Kos Gałkowski law firm was a partner of the event.
