Kubas Kos Gałkowski advised Polski Holding Nieruchomości, Polski Holding Hotelowy and PHN Property Management regarding the acquisition of Regent Warsaw Hotel – a five-star facility with total area exceeding 33,000 square metres – from the receiver of Cosmar Polska. Mr. Dominik Gałkowski and his team supervised the transaction.

Polski Holding Nieruchomości is a WSE-listed company and one of Poland’s largest entities involved in commercial real estate. Polski Holding Hotelowy is one of the largest entities in Poland operating in the hotel business.
