On 12 October 2017, Brussels hosted the 3rd EFILA Annual Lecture Most Favoured Nations Clauses in BITs – What is their Real Purpose (and their Real Effect)?, delivered by Sir Christopher Greenwood, QC.
Sir Christopher Greenwood, QC, is a British lawyer, professor of international law, and an attorney-at-law. Since 6 February 2009 he is a judge of the International Court of Justice.
The event was organised by the European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration (EFILA). As every year the Kubas Kos Gałkowski law firm acted as the partner of the lecture.
