Legislative work is underway on the “Constitution for Hydrogen” – a package of legislation regulating and supporting the functioning of the hydrogen market in Poland.

The draft law, currently available to the public, includes amendments, particularly to Energy Law and several other legal acts. This results from an extensive public debate conducted in consultation with business representatives and the Regulator.
