On 28 October, Brussels hosted the seventh EFILA Annual Lecture Energy Charter Treaty Arbitration and the Paris Agreement – Friends or Foes?, delivered by Annette Magnusson, Climate Change Counsel. The event was organised by the European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration (EFILA). Kubas Kos Gałkowski law firm was a partner of the event.
