KKG experts moderate debate at the 3rd Geoengineering and Underground Construction Congress in Rzeszów

On 24-26 September, Rzeszów became a focal point for the construction industry with the 3rd Geoengineering and Underground Construction Congress. The event attracted market leaders who exchanged experiences, learned about the latest trends, and discussed key challenges in geoengineering and underground construction.

The Congress programme was packed with themed sessions focusing on topics such as reducing carbon footprints, delivering tunnel investment around the world and the challenges of building a tunnel on the S19 route.

a debate chaired by experienced KKG lawyers Maciej Durbas, partner at KKG, and Aleksandra Kuzawińska, senior counsel at KKG was of particular interest. The debate focused on key issues in resolving construction disputes. It discussed the effectiveness of the judicial system, preventive practices and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Experienced practitioners from the industry took part in the discussion – Artur Jastrzębski, attorney-at-law (Trakcja S.A.), Luiza Modzelewska, attorney-at-law (the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland), Jan Gandziarowski (CAS sp. z o.o.) and Marcin Orecki, attorney-at-law (Gülermak sp. z o.o.).
