Julita Zawadzka, PhD a Juror at the Conclusion of This Year’s Tech Law Clinic programme
Conference, Varia
1 April 2022
1 April marked the end of this year’s Tech Law Clinic – a project focusing on cutting edge and future technology law, co-funded by Erasmus+.
The project was implemented by five universities from four countries (Catholic University of Lyon, Radboud University, University of Eastern Piedmont, University of Lodz, Jagiellonian University). The classes were designed to develop knowledge, skills, and social competencies of crucial importance for lawyers of the 21st century. The main topic of this year’s edition was the protection of consumers against dangers arising from the use of chatbots and issues concerning insurance contracts.
During the last meeting, the jury evaluating student teams presenting proposals for the regulation of aspects of law and technology included Julita Zawadzka, PhD, KKG partner, who also conducted workshops on drafting pleadings for students of the program.
