On 15 March, a workshop organised in cooperation with the European Law Students’ Association ELSA Kraków and ELSA Cologne was held. During the event, Patrycja Nowakowska, attorney at law and senior associate at KKG, and Joanna Kosiniak, junior associate at KKG, introduced the topic of drafting contracts related to the construction of nuclear power plants.

During the webinar, topics related to nuclear power investments were discussed. Discussions covered contract drafting procedures when the investor, contractor and supplier come from different countries. Particular emphasis was placed on the contrasting energy policies of the two countries.
