On 27 October the LUISS School of Law in Rome hosted the 7th CECL Conference: Corporate law and dispute resolution: what role for ADR? Organised by the Centre for European Company Law (CECL) and Assonime – Associazione fra le società italiane per azioni.

During the event, Dr Rafał Kos, a partner at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, delivered a paper entitled ADR in Corporate Law in Central and Eastern Europe whereas Dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan, of counsel at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, presented a paper entitled Appraisal Statutes as an Embodiment of Self-Enforcement in Corporate Law.
