On 17-18 October, the Quotation Room of the Warsaw Stock Exchange hosted the 6th Congress of Financial Markets Regulation FinReg 2019 organized by the Allerhand Institute.

During the Congress opening panel session, dr. hab. prof. VMU Arkadiusz Radwan, of counsel at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, presented the concept of the Capital Market Court. Other speakers in the discussion included: Marek Dietl, PhD, Mariusz Haładyj, PhD, Krzysztof Grabowski, PhD, Jarosław Bełdowski, PhD, Piotr Bodyl-Szymala, PhD and Piotr Stanisławiszyn, District Court Judge.
