On 4 October Dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan, of counsel at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, participated in a session of the Informal Company Law Expert Group (ICLEG) in Brussels.

The group consists of 14 experts advising the European Commission in the area of companies law and working on the preparation of new legislative initiatives in this area. In particular, the group focuses on developing regulatory policy and drafts of directives and other EU acts concerning mergers and cross-border divisions and concern law (groups of companies).
