On 16 November in Vilnius, Dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan, of counsel at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, conducted a seminar on selected subjects related to the companies law. The seminar was delivered for judges and employees of the Supreme Court of Lithuania and invited guests.

The event’s agenda included such topics as, among others:

• liability of directors and shareholders towards solvent / insolvent company and third parties;
• shareholders’ disputes in closed corporations;
• topical company law regulatory initiatives in EU law.

The visit was organised to an invitation from the President of the Supreme Court of Lithuania, Professor Rimvydas Norkus.
