On 30 August Dr Barbara Jelonek-Jarco, a partner at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, appeared in Warsaw at the conference ‘Real Estate Management and Commercial Space Planning’ delivering a paper entitled ‘Managing Commercial Premises Lease Agreements’.

Participants of the event discussed IT tools supporting enterprise business processes in the context of real estate administration. The topics discussed included such issues as: managing fixed assets, leases, chain of supply, outsourcing, risk management and building safety, green buildings, HVAC systems and devices.
