Kubas Kos Gałkowski joined the “Dwie Godziny dla Rodziny” [2 Hours for the Family] initiative organised by the Humanities Foundation on the occasion of International Family Day celebrated on 15 May. The leitmotif of this year’s edition was the motto: “Małe i duże rodzinne podróże” [Small and Big Family Trips].

On a selected day, Kubas Kos Gałkowski employees may cut their work time by two hours and spend the time gained this way with their families. The upcoming Mother’s Day and Children’s Day will provide a perfect opportunity for family walks and trips.

In participating in the initiative we want to emphasise the important role the family plays in the contemporary world and in the lives of all our employees. The balance between the professional and private life is extremely important in building a successful career. This is why next to participating in similar initiatives we also focus on promoting values we hold dear, such as a work culture based on mutual respect.
