Attorney at law. Specialises in corporate law, company law and business dispute resolution. Possesses many years of experience in providing comprehensive legal services to domestic investors, foreign investors (with a particular emphasis on Chinese investors) and public listed companies. He advises on the processes of negotiating and concluding lease and rental agreements for land, buildings and premises, as well as in all further stages of the investment process. An experienced litigator and arbitrator, he has repeatedly prepared effective litigation strategies, supporting clients in transactional and post-transactional disputes.
