Experience
Attorney-at-law. Energy & Natural Resources Practice Co-leader. Provides comprehensive services to companies from the energy sector, also in the area of renewable energy sources - conducts negotiations, prepares and issues opinions on agreements, acts as an attorney in court proceedings, conducts training, advises, and prepares legal opinions on energy law, renewable energy sources, public procurement law and other issues related to the operation of energy companies.
Participated in due diligence of companies in the energy sector, including wind farm projects. Participated in preparing transactions involving acquiring control over companies operating wind farms.
Co-developed litigation strategy and represented clients in numerous, multi-threaded court proceedings against companies of one of the largest groups in the energy sector in disputes related to long-term framework agreements for the sale of electricity from renewable sources and property rights (so-called green certificates).
Represents clients before state courts, administrative courts, in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and the National Appeal Chamber. Assists clients in regulatory cases concerning, among others, concessions, tariffs, as well as cases for the imposition of fines by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office.
Head of the Legal Aspects of Energy Transformation Section of the National Bar Association.
Her interests also include capital market issues, stock market damage, and commercial contract law. Advised listed companies, in particular, on their disclosure obligations.
