Attorney-at-law. Energy & Natural Resources Practice Expert. Specialist in nuclear energy law and energy market operations. Within the Practice, she provides comprehensive legal consultancy to energy sector entities. In her daily work, she combines specialised knowledge of nuclear energy law, energy law and energy market with litigation experience, proposing optimal business solutions for clients.

Provides comprehensive litigation consultancy at the trial stage in commercial contract disputes. She participates in conducting unprecedented and complex litigation in disputes against the background of long-term framework agreements, concerning the sale of electricity and green certificates. She has experience in corporate disputes. She has represented clients before the National Board of Appeals and public administration bodies. She has advised on infrastructure investments that are strategic to the country's energy security.

Provides comprehensive litigation consultancy in commercial contract disputes for energy industry entities (energy litigation). Participates as a proxy in conducting unprecedented and complex litigation in disputes against the background of long-term framework agreements concerning the sale of electricity and green certificates. Has experience in corporate and energy regulatory disputes. She represents clients in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, the National Appeal Chamber and other public administration bodies. Her research interests include, in particular, civil liability for nuclear damage under international and domestic regulations.

In addition to her consulting activities, she is also an active participant in nationwide business and research events, where she shares her experience and legal knowledge. She has been a speaker at numerous conferences, including the 9th, 10th and 11th Technical Conference "New Energy Model", the conference "SMR - Modular Atom for Business. Poland an Incubator of SMR Technology in Europe?", the 13th Gas and Hydrogen in Energy Conference in Warsaw and the Energy of the Future Congress 2022 in Toruń. Author of publications on energy law and nuclear energy law. She is also active as a volunteer with the Center for Women's Rights, Krakow Branch.
