Experience

Attorney at law, LL.M. He works on the team handling complicated disputes, including cross-border proceedings in various sectors. He has extensive experience in arbitration. He has been a member of the teams representing clients in international arbitration proceedings with the value of the dispute ranging from several thousand to several hundred million Euro. Moreover, he has acted as an assistant to the arbitrator or tribunal’s secretary on many occasions. He received his first appointments as arbitrator (including presiding arbitrator) before Polish courts of arbitration.

Advises clients also in the area of the real estate law, both in court, administrative, and administrative court proceedings (with a particular emphasis on reprivatisation disputes), as well as in transactions. Prepares real estate audit reports (due diligence) and analyses in the scope of investment processes and legal titles to real estate.

He has submitted his doctoral dissertation at Jagiellonian University in Krakow on deciding on the jurisdiction of an arbitral tribunal.

He has been preparing Jagiellonian University students participating in the Willem C. Vis Moot international arbitration competition for many years with significant achievements.
