Attorney-at-law, a graduate of the Jagiellonian University.

Specialises in civil, commercial, and trade law – especially in contract and obligations law and commercial companies law. Conducts M&A projects and legal audits (DD) of companies. Has participated in investment agreement projects, including creating joint-venture and start-up ventures.

An essential part of his professional practice includes drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on minimising the risk of contractual liability, and drafting opinions on civil, commercial, and trade law. Conducts cases concerning transactional and post-transactional, corporate and capital market disputes and disputes based on acts of unfair competition.

Provides ongoing legal services to businesses and individuals (domestic and foreign). Advises and represents clients in civil, commercial, administrative and administrative court proceedings.

In his previous practice, he has advised and represented clients from the construction and development, trade and services, production and industry, recycling, energy, food and banking sectors.
