Experience
Attorney at law. An expert on court proceedings in the scope of civil law, and also broadly understood commercial law, in which she represented companies, among others, from the construction, energy, financial, and trade sectors. She has many years of experience in preparing procedural tactics in civil court proceedings.
He also represents clients in commercial insurance matters as well as real estate regulation and reprivatisation claims, including administrative and administrative-administrative proceedings. She has participated in projects in the scope of real estate transactions conducted for one of the largest real estate owners in Poland. She additionally supports German speaking clients and cooperates with the Kubas Kos Gałkowski real estate department.
Combines professional, scientific, and didactic activities. She is an assistant professor at the Jagiellonian University Department of Civil Law, where she also teaches postgraduate courses on contemporary inheritance law, author of academic articles, didactic publications, and monographs on civil law, housing law, civil procedure, and arbitration, as well as a reviewer of scoring scientific journals.
