Experience
Attorney-at-law. Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Leader. Expert in the field of court proceedings, including class actions. Awarded the commemorative medal "Meritorious for the Justice" in recognition of unique involvement in the work of the Minister of Justice's Team for the amendment of the Bankruptcy and Reorganisation Law (2012-2015). Member of the Team for the preparation of draft legislation on the development, optimisation and reform of hospital entities, acting under the Minister of Health (2021). Oversees the corporate bankruptcy and restructuring law department; since 2022, distinguished in the Forbes magazine’s ranking of Poland’s Best Law Firms. Represents Kubas Kos Galkowski in the Elite Global Legal Alliance (EGLA).
Carries out projects concerning business entity changes - mergers, acquisitions, and other forms of restructuring and bankruptcy. Has extensive experience in representing clients in administrative and administrative court proceedings, particularly those related to the organisation and execution of investment processes. Provides services to companies operating in diverse industries, including construction, transport, railways, packaging, and FMCG.
