The 3rd term of the Social Council for the Alternative Methods of Disputes and Conflicts Resolution, which commenced in March 2015, ended on 27 February. The composition of the team included Kamil Zawicki, attorney-at-law and partner at Kubas Kos Gałkowski.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the Committee is an advisory body for the Minister of Justice. Its tasks include actions aimed at developing ADR methods such as: promoting legal or organisational and practical solutions, drafting legal acts, as well as developing and popularising deontological code mediators and mediation proceedings, as well as mediator training standards.
