The 15th International Conference “Law in Business of Selected Member States of the European Union” took place on 25-27 October. During the conference, Tadeusz Zbiegień, associate at KKG, delivered a speech entitled “Conversion of Litigation to Arbitration: Procedural and Substantive Implications under Polish Law.”
During the conference, key topics related to business and commercial law, insolvency law, competition law, IP and IT law, as well as issues related to consumer protection and banking, finance and insurance law were discussed. There was also a reflection on European and international legal aspects of doing business.
The substantive contribution to the presentation was prepared in cooperation with Angelika Ziarko, senior associate KKG.
The 15th international conference was jointly organised by:

- the Department of Commercial Law, Business Faculty, University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia,
- the Department of Business Economics and Management, Faculty of Business and Business Administration, Silesian University in Opava, Czech Republic.
