The “International Scientific Workshop I – Legal Challenges of Disruptive Technologies” conference was held on 27-28 October, organised by Kozminski University.
At the event, Tadeusz Zbiegień, associate at KKG, delivered a speech titled “Justice Simulated: Methods and Consequences of Probabilistic Case Valuation.”
The workshop explored the legal challenges posed by developing and deploying disruptive technologies. It focused on the complex legal landscape surrounding artificial intelligence and quantum technologies in different areas, such as intellectual property, privacy, healthcare, data protection, and sustainability.
