From 28 March to 1 April 2022, Vienna hosted the 75th session meeting of the UNCITRAL Working Group II: Arbitration and Conciliation/Dispute Settlement, during which, for the third time, Poland was represented, among others, by Rafał Kos, PhD.
UNICTRAL is the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law. It bases its work on the activity of 6 thematic working groups consisting of representatives of the Commission member states as well as non-member states and intergovernmental and non-governmental organisations. During the annual working group meetings, Poland is represented by highly qualified international commercial law experts, academics, and legal practitioners.
