The Second UNCITRAL Dispute Resolution/Arbitration and Conciliation Working Group, during which, for the fourth time, Poland was represented by Rafał Kos, PhD, was held in Vienne from 10-14 October.

UNCITRAL is the UN commission on international trade law. It bases its work on the activities of 6 thematic working groups consisting of representatives of Commission member states, as well as representatives of non-member states and inter-governmental and non-governmental organisations. During the annual meetings of the working groups, Poland is represented by highly qualified experts in international trade law, representatives of academia and legal practitioners.
