We are pleased to announce that Patrycja Nowakowska, senior associate and Energy & Natural Resources Practice Expert, has successfully completed the five-day International Nuclear Law Essentials course organized by the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency. She was the only participant from Poland at this event held in Paris, France from March 4th to March 8th, 2024.
The course provided an extensive examination of various facets of international nuclear law, offering insights into the regulatory landscape, international agreements, and practical implications for both public and private sectors. Patrycja Nowakowska had the opportunity to learn from distinguished experts in the field, gaining expertise in areas such as the legal framework for nuclear activities, regulatory oversight, environmental law, nuclear security, liability, and nuclear trade.
