Mirosław Cejmer, PhD became a member of the Civil Law Codification Committee task team, handling the preparation of provisions of the Civil Code on representation. It is worth noting that the Committee is headed by Professor Zbigniew Radwański, PhD, while the works of the team are headed by Professor Michał Romanowski. The aim of the Civil Law Codification Committee is the preparation of assumptions and directions of change in civil, family and private commercial law in the context of its harmonisation with European law. Our colleague had the opportunity to participate in the creation of a project of fundamental meaning for the entire civil law system.
