On 30 June at the University Library in Warsaw, during the academic year closing ceremony at the Faculty of Law and Administration, awards of the 25th edition of the competition for the best master's theses in commercial law defended in the academic year 2021/2022 were presented. The competition was organised by Wolters Kluwer Polska and the Editorial Office of Przegląd Prawa Handlowego [Commercial Law Review] monthly.
We extend heartfelt congratulations to Michał Popera, who was awarded 1st place for his thesis entitled: Restrictions on Payments of the Causa Societatis in a Simple Joint Stock Company and the Protection of the Interests of the Company's Creditors written under the academic supervision of Dr. Hab. Marcin Spyra at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
