Mr. Grzegorz Pobożniak, a partner at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, was appointed the President of the Ethics Subcommittee, while Mr. Wojciech Wandzel, a partner at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, was appointed as the Vice-President of the International Litigation Subcommittee for the next term. Both subcommittees are a part of the Commercial & Business Litigation Committee operating at the American Bar Association.

In its work, the Committee focuses on problems faced by law firms operating in the broad area of commercial law practice which also extends to include issues from the scope of substantive law, such as: bankruptcy, creditor rights, professional liability, commercial secrecy law, as well as procedural matters, among others – e-discovery, privileges, ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), and international disputes.
